Ken
We loved staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was incredibly convenient, being near a local eatery, the esplanade, and just a stone's throw away from the beach. The hotel provided us with enhanced comfort and quality services. The spacious apartment was beautifully furnished and had all the amenities we could ask for, including a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed to cook with. The staff were friendly and attentive, offering room service and other useful services such as car hire, dry cleaning, and bicycle hire. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi in the rooms and the stunning garden area where we could relax and enjoy the surroundings.
We would highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

Very obliging staff, nicely set out and clean apartment, quiet (until the construction workers start in the morning.) Restaurant handy 5 min walk.
Had to carry two heavy bags up two flights of stairs, no lift would be no good for very elderly folk or those with leg problems. Building construction work going on right next door for new part to hospital, after this is complete will be much better.

This accommodation is located in a convenient area with many nearby amenities. It is close to the beach, local eateries, and the esplanade, making it easy to grab a bite or go for a swim. the room is equipped with everything needed to cook a meal. The kitchen is well-stocked with facilities like clean cutlery, crockery, and pots and pans.
There is an issue with cleanliness that detracts from the experience. Guests have reported mold on the walls and dirty floors.

We loved the spacious and well-furnished open plan living room and kitchen area. The hotel facilities were top-notch with excellent security and plenty of off-street secure parking. The pool was clean and warm, and we enjoyed our time there. In terms of location, it was close to the waterfront and handy by car to the airport and most amenities.
Can't fault this property in any way.

Great spacious room in good location to fair price
I booked my room over the internet and it didn't come through in time - although I could provide my booking confirmation to the service staff they were not able to give me a room until the email came through to their system - that was a bit of trouble because the unfriendly lady said that she can only give me a room to the normal price and not the internet price. The lady was uncapable of dealing with the internet booking, unfriendly and not supportive at all. I still don't know if I paid twice for the accomodation because the lady insisted that I give her my credit card details as well...As great as the room was this experience with the lady was a bit average and keeps me away from wholeheartedly recommend the hotel.

Location was good for proximity to hospital and town center. The apartment was spacious and clean. Having a full kitchen and laundry in the unit was handy.
The road work at the entrance was a bit off-putting, and there was no lift, so taking luggage upstairs was a struggle. The balcony overlooked a busy road, so the noise was constant and unbearable at times.

It was very convenient to the hospital which is why I flew to Cairns. Food outlets some 20 minutes walk away, There was no view from my window, but the set up of the unit was great.

It was spacious.
It was too far a walk into town, the airconditioner in the bedroom didn't work properly. The television, although well serviced with channels was old. The construction site next door was loud early in the morning.

The staff was efficient and helpful with all our requests. The location was very convenient with easy access to public transportation and several local attractions. The well-equipped rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and ample amenities to make our short business stay memorable.
The noise from the outside during the plumbing work kept us awake for most of the morning, disturbing our sleep and routine. The staff's lack of friendliness and care for some cleanliness in the bathrooms and showers made our stay less enjoyable.

There needs to be some chairs in the bedroom.
